Privacy policy
A straightforward summary of how information is handled when you request and take a Campora trip.
What we collect
Contact details, age, trip dates and preferences, delivery information, driver’s license and insurance documents, selected add-ons, communication consent, and payment references.
Why we use it
To check availability, review driver eligibility, prepare and manage a reservation, process approved payments, support a trip, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and send messages you requested.
Driver documents
License and insurance files are stored privately and accessed only for booking review and legitimate trip administration. They are not public.
Payments
Payment details are handled by our payment provider. Campora stores transaction references and booking totals, not complete card numbers.
Email and SMS
Operational email may be used for a booking request. Text updates are sent only when separate SMS consent is provided. Marketing permission is optional and never preselected. SMS recovery is used only with SMS consent.
Sharing
Information is shared only with providers needed to run bookings, payments, communications, storage and legal compliance. Campora does not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
Records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for booking, safety, accounting and legal needs. You may contact Campora to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
